Ms Alisha Dhanjal carries over 15+ years of progressive leadership experience having served in best skill providing companies of the country like NIIT & Aptech.
In 2013, Ms Dhanjal incorporated AJ Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, where the vertical of IT Support services was introduced. Customised Software Applications are made for Mini, Micro & Small Enterprises who can’t afford expensive CRMs or ERPs like SAS. We have worked with the clients over the globe.
While a lot of traveling was involved internationally during the early years of incorporation, passion towards the field of career counselling has highly motivated him to take up entrepreneurship in this industry.
In 2015, Ms Dhanjal founded Admission World, where Career Counselling and Study abroad guidance is provided.
She holds a Green Belt Certified Global Career Counsellor from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension (UCLA Extension) & University. She is also a Certified Career Analyst & Certified Career Counsellor for International Studies. She has 11+ years of experience in the field of Guidance and Counselling and alongside being a career counsellor, coach, mentor, and psychologist, she is also an entrepreneur. works on the principle that students are uniquely talented with their individual attributes – personality, interests, and abilities.
The company uses technology and human intervention to align these attributes with their career so that they become most satisfied and successful. Admission World has sent more than 200 students overseas for higher education.
